Tiered based on ability to pay/income:
Concierge nursing services are self pay. Comprehensive consultations are required for all new patients. Nursing services are not a substitute for acute or emergency care and My Nurse Sarah cannot diagnose or prescribe treatment for any condition. In the event of an emergency or illness, you must contact your physician or visit your nearest emergency department.
